Welcome to the Wheel of Life!

The Wheel of Life is used to assess and understand your current levels of satisfaction within different areas of life, and to help in achieving life balance.

Prior to starting the questionnaire, please toggle “spirituality” on or off based on whether this area of life is important to the individual or not, whether this be in terms of religion, energy, karma, astrology, or any other belief.

For each category of life, answer on a scale of 1-10; 1 being very dissatisfied and 10 being very satisfied.

*I am currently aware of a minor bug with the “Restart” button in which it sometimes does not fully clear the previous results. If this happens and you can still see the smaller result wheel, please press “Restart” a second time and this will clear the issue.
